Jayne Day
I earned a BSc in Physiotherapy from UCT in 2018 and completed my Pilates mat teacher training through BASI in 2020. Since then, I have been working professionally in the field.
Friendly and approachable, I create a comfortable environment where everyone feels safe and confident in their practice.
As a qualified Physiotherapist and Pilates teacher, I prioritise understanding health issues and empowering clients to actively engage in their rehabilitation. I use Pilates mat training to enhance strength, stability, and body awareness. My technical expertise ensures each session is tailored for safety and effectiveness.
